Refund and cancellation notice

The extended DataHorizon analytical report is an automated digital service generated from the dataset submitted by the user. Before payment, the user is informed that report generation starts shortly after successful payment. By completing payment and requesting immediate generation of the extended report, the user agrees that the digital service will begin before the end of the statutory withdrawal period and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may be lost once report generation has started. If the extended report cannot be generated due to a technical failure on our side, the user is entitled to a full refund. If the report is generated successfully and delivered to the email address provided by the user, refunds are normally not provided, except where required by applicable consumer protection law or where the delivered service does not correspond to what was purchased.
